• Where do your teas and spices come from?

  Our black and green teas are sourced from Ciwidey, a highland tea-growing region in West Java, while our Ternate farms mature — grown in Indonesia’s rich volcanic terrain, in the same spirit of quality and origin integrity that defines everything we make. The other ingredients in our blends — spices, botanicals, and fruits — comes straight from Ternate.

• How much does shipping cost?

  One flat rate of $6.95 USD, wherever your order is going, and it is free once your order passes $50.

• How long will my order take to arrive?

  We pack orders within 1–3 business days. From there it is 3–5 business days within the United States. You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second one with tracking as soon as the parcel ships.

• What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

  We will make it right. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photograph of the affected item, and a short note on what went wrong. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and in almost every case there is no need to send anything back. Refunds go through Stripe to your original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days.

• Which of your teas contain caffeine?

  Our black teas — Indonesian Black Tea, Sultan’s Spice, Earl of the Isles and Peach Black Tea — are high in caffeine. Emerald Mist, a green tea, is medium. Our herbal blends, Pineapple Paradise and Eunoia Butterfly Tea, are caffeine-free. Every product page shows the level on the pouch details.

• How many cups does a pouch make?

  Most pouches hold 14 sachets, and one sachet makes a 6–8 oz cup, so a pouch is 14 cups. Steeping times differ by blend — black teas take about 4 minutes at 200°F, green tea 2–3 minutes at 175–185°F, and our herbal blends 5–6 minutes. • Is it safe to pay on your site?

  Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe directly and never reach our servers, so we never see or store them.
